PEST & MOSQUITO CONTROL

Contain All Dogs Before & During Service

As part of our safe workplace commitment, we ask that customers work to ensure that dogs are contained prior to our technicians’ arrival onsite and until they have departed the premises. This will protect both pets and employees.

Ensure Gated Areas are Unlocked & Accessible

In order to maintain a proper barrier of protection, we’ll need access to any gated areas near the perimeter of your home. Please make sure these areas are accessible before the technician arrives.

Report Any New Pest Activity ASAP

Seeing pest activity inside your home or increased pest activity outside your home? Please let us know ASAP. Knowing the particular pest issue in advance will ensure our technicians reserve adequate time and supplies to address the issue.

Please Avoid Treated Areas until Dry

To maximize the effectiveness of your pest control treatment, please be sure to avoid treated areas until the applied products have dried.

After your Initial Service, Payment is Due upon Completion of Service

Enrolled in our auto-pay program? Your payment will be processed the next business day following your service. Not on auto-pay? Please visit the Cook’s Portal after 2pm the next business day following your service to make your payment.
