Contain All Dogs Before & During Service
As part of our safe workplace commitment, we ask that customers work to ensure that dogs are contained prior to our technicians’ arrival onsite and until they have departed the premises. This will protect both pets and employees.
Ensure Gated Areas Are Unlocked & Accessible
In order to maintain a proper barrier of protection, we’ll need access to any gated areas near the perimeter of your home. Please make sure these areas are accessible before the technician arrives.
Preparing for Your Outdoor Service
To ensure a thorough and safe inspection and service, please inform us of any new structures, landscaping features, or utility lines that may affect our work.
During Your Outdoor Service
You don’t need to be home during your service. However, if you have any areas of concern, please be sure to let us know when scheduling.
Next Steps After Your Service
Payment is due upon completion of services. If you’re not on auto-pay, you can check the amount due on your customer portal.
