Contain All Dogs Before & During Service
As part of our safe workplace commitment, we ask that customers work to ensure that dogs are contained prior to our technicians’ arrival onsite and until they have departed the premises. This will protect both pets and employees.
Ensure Gated Areas Are Unlocked & Accessible
In order to maintain a proper barrier of protection, we’ll need access to any gated areas near the perimeter of your home. Please make sure these areas are accessible before the technician arrives.

To ensure a thorough and safe inspection and service, please inform us of any new structures, landscaping features, or utility lines that may affect our work.

We may need to enter your home for the inspection. Rest assured, our technician will be entirely focused on conducting a thorough inspection.

Your annual inspection is free, but your quarterly payment may be due. Check your balance on the Cook’s Portal. For questions, please contact your local office.
